Fitzgerald is accused of the death of Patricia “Tee” Fitzgerald, 68, who, according to the authorities, was found dead on December 20 at his home in Olathe.
IMDb lists Mollie Fitzgerald as a film director and producer, as well as an actress. He has worked primarily on low-budget films, including The Lawful Truth in 2014 and The Creeps in 2017.
In Captain America, Fitzgerald played Stark Girl and also worked as an assistant director, Joe Johnson. The film raised $ 176.6 million across the country.
“Being part of this production was one of the best experiences of my life,” Fitzgerald said in a comic book publication in 2011.
Patricia Fitzgerald was about to return to the Kansas City area after living in the Houston area for several decades, her brother, Gary Hunziker, 72, of Keokuk, Iowa, told the Star.
His family grew up on a farm in northeastern Missouri. Patricia Fitzgerald studied physiotherapy at the University of Missouri and moved to the Kansas City area. Then she moved to Texas, where her husband had a law firm, Hunziker said.
Hunziker said he knew few details about the circumstances surrounding his sister’s death.
“We were shocked,” he said. But, “regardless of the circumstances, the loss of a sister is what it is about.”
